Using the Sun Society website, a user can search for and choose a villa to rent. The process is easy, fast and without any hassles. Users can easily search from the home page by choosing a Destination (part of Greece), a Location (desired villa location such as sea or mountain) and a Holiday Type (romantic, family or groups). Results are dynamic, meaning that they can change on the fly, using the navigation drop downs that are located (in the search results page) under the website logo. This gives users the power to refine and change their searches, without having to go back to the home page.

Each Villa offers detailed information, such as a Villa Summary, an Image Gallery, a Detailed Description, Features and Local Area info, plus Social Media links and map locations.

On the 12th of December we had announced our collaboration with Silicon Valley based company D'Ctology. You can read more about this, in our previous post. Since then many things have happened.

So, now we are writing to let you know that the 5 Star Luxury Hotel / Spa / Golf and Restaurant Resort in the Ukraine, which we are currently working on together, is progressing nicely and it will soon be online. The hotel we are doing the design work for is the Superior Golf & Spa Resort and it will be published when ready on www.superiorresort.com.

It is currently being developed by our collaborators and it is shaping up just as planned! Working together with D'Ctology has been a great experience so far and we are really looking forward to new projects with them.

We will be following a full screen approach that will present the hotel to users in such a way that it will be inviting and trustworthy. A connection with the Web Hotlier booking system via a reservation form will help the website visitors to book a room. Even though we will be presenting the Oscar Suites & Village in a full screen environment, our goal is to keep the file sizes as low as possible (withouth sacrificing quality) in order to achieve optimum download speeds.

Besides being commissioned to create the main website, we have also be assigned the task of creating a mobile version of the website in order to better serve the hotel visitors browsing via their mobile devices. Knowing how important mobile bandwidth is and how troublesome some mobile connections can be, we aim to produce a light and fast version of the website that will be optimised for mobile viewing on the go.

Oh and not to mention the photo shoot we had done by Maria Maraki in the Athens offices and George Gavalas in the offices in Crete! But that was extra fun.
